Teach your team. Communicate, support, lead. Show them how to lead, make money by your actions. Be more concerned about your own actions or the lack of them than theirs. Give a little more to the ones that are putting more effort forth and are doing it on a daily basis. Encourage communication, leadership.
Don't forget to buy stuff regular from Tripleclicks. Keep a standing order of a minimum 1500VP. If you do it, your team will more likely do it as well.
Last but not least if you're going to go out of your way to recommend something either positively or negatively explain why. People don't care about what you know; they want to know about how much you care. And when they understand that you care about their success they will listen to and your advice so go the extra mile and explain, communicate. You don't have too talk as much if you tell them the right stuff.
