My answer to this one is somewhat "zen" in nature.
Q: What are the personal characteristics and skills you need to become successful with SFI?
A: Whichever ones you have.
What I mean by that is that we all bring our strengths and skills to SFI, and those are the ones that will make us winners. Some people are great teachers, and they're the ones that will write the instructional and motivational pieces that will build strong teams--you'll also likely be able to pick up their instructional materials in their ECA stores. Some people are naturals artists, and they're going to make the eye-catching ads and marketing materials that draw people in. Some people are businessmen, great at managing their wealth and time, and working well to a goal. Anybody can succeed here if they just play to their strengths. Sure, there are certain things that our uplines can teach us about what we *don't* know--that's how we grow as people and master what everyone talks about when they say the word "duplication." At the same time, respecting and honoring our own personal uniqueness will help us reach out to people who *like* that uniqueness, and who would have otherwise missed out on the fun here.
I hope that gives you a better perspective on how you will succeed here. I really look forward to see how you're going to join us all at the top.
