It depends on what you mean by "not very good at talking to people." If it's just about talking about SFI or TripleClicks, find something here that you enjoy--it's easy to talk about what's fun for you--and as your face lights up naturally, you will find that as you get excited, they get excited. From there, everything is easy. (For me, the fun part was seeing all the shops from all over the world--I love the variety and the tastes of all the different cultures!)
If it's more serious than that, where you would say that you have some real social anxiety, I would suggest finding the appropriate therapy for you, whether it's motivational or inspirational reading, seeing a therapist, or, what I used when I started working on *myself*, hypnosis. Once you find the right solution for you, you will find that people enjoy engaging with you, and that you enjoy engaging with them, and with every conversation, approaching and talking get easier and easier. If I can get over years' worth of social baggage, anybody can.
