if we're talking about skills you need at least average computer and internet skills,and at least average knowledge of english language.
When it comes to personal characteristics you have to have patience,determination and persistance.I'm sure I can find some others but I think these are the most important ones.Why?
Patience - because nothing's going to happen over night,it takes time to learn all about this business and become successful.
Determination - because you have to do everything it takes to become a successful businessman.
Persistance - because you have to log in every day and keep going even when it's hard.
It's not going to be easy and fast,but it's going to be worth it!
