Hi! :)
I gone try to help you with that one the best I could,
Because you’re not the only one I use to be like that too.
I’m coming better now, time and practice is the keys.
*This may sound overwhelming at first, especially if you like to plan things to say out in advance.
The trick is to take a step back and pick one thing, anything, on which to focus your attention.
It takes two to run out of things to talk about, so don't feel like it's all on your shoulders to come up with things to say and extend a conversation forever.
Instead, focus on some lines you can deliver with confidence at the appropriate time.
Here are the 10 tips I learned about turning strangers into friends:
Say the magic word: “Hi”
Detach yourself from the outcome.
Don’t mind what strangers think.
Tolerate rejection.
If you feel the fear, do it anyway.
Practice your speech.
Make them laugh.
Try to discover their passion.
Imagine that the other person is already your friend.
Smile! Peoples feel it in your conversation just by the way you talk.
*Through my experiences, I learned that people are usually friendly and happy to talk to you.
"Remind yourself that you’re not imposing on someone by having a pleasant conversation with them, you’re making their day a bit brighter"
Good Luck and Practice make perfect! :)
