Obviously, a single blog will do. Why?! Simply, because this two businesses go hand in hand with each other. They are on different platforms and domains for obvious technical reasons, but they can be seen pretty much as a one whole business, from where you're standing.
You may consider having two separate sections on your blog, focusing separately on each business' technicalities if you want, but you want to make sure that you post also articles in which you present them as a whole package, as there is something to gain for everybody from the both of them.
