There is no need to beat around the bush with these folks.
You have to tell them that they are wrong, that this is not a get rich fast scheme, but HOW you tell them is very important.
Although some of them may have joined with the intention of making money quickly, they may get to see the value and the potential of SFI and decide to work the business and become very successful in SFI. You do not want them to leave.
The impatient ones, who want to get rich quick will probably look at other ways of making money and may leave. You want them to leave on a good note because they will most likely regret leaving SFI and may come back.
Whatever you do - PLEASE DO NOT OFFEND THEM. If you do, they will most likely leave and will most likely tell other people about the bad experience he/she had at SFI. This affects all of us and the whole business. REMEMBER that as an affiliate you are the face of the company. Your actions are seen by others as the actions of SFI.
I would recommend that right from Day 1, when they first join up, impress upon them that this is not a get rich quick scheme. This is a Business not a Scheme. I include this in my Welcome letter. This is because I don't want them and me to waste time if they are just after quick money.
My follow up letters and streams impress upon them the need to do the training, to learn about the business, to be patient, that the 1st month is focused on training, they will not make much money initially. I speak of the future, the long term future, of residual income, of being able to bequeath the business, of the need to set up the business properly like any other business, setting long term goals etc... All these impress upon those affiliates not to expect to get rich fast.
For the prospects, I tell them straight off that if they join, do not expect to make it rich fast. While it is free to join, they will need patience to do the training and learn to grow their business. How successful it becomes is really up to them. I still invite them to join and see for themselves.
