This is a nice question and does give me a little to think about myself too.
And this are some answers I can think of and hope my answers will help you in some ways:
SFI is providing the tools and materials to build your business and to have or to further build or recognize your good character and skills this is how I see the purpose of these tools and materials. Character and skills are the most important aspects of any profession and business.
Personal characters are built on these principles"
* Be patient with yourself and others.
* Be honest in all that you do and say.
* Keep your integrity, believe in what you are doing.
* Be persistent in getting what you have set your goals to achieve.
* Be willing to study and learn as much as you can and apply what you have learnt.
* Be humble and ready to help others when they need help. Also be humble with yourself.
* Have a positive thoughts. Positive thinking and doing leads you to great heights.
* Be confident, have faith in yourself and others who you lead or who leads you to
success.
* Do not get angry, impatient and over confident with yourself and others.
* Take as much as you can take for the day and leave some for the next day.
* Do have a break and have time with friends and families in between work.
As for skills:
* Reading skills to be able to read all about your business at SFI. (use your
dictionary if you do not understand the word or for spelling, use google translate if
you have language difficulties)
* Understanding skills. So as to apply the principles and logic to expand your
business.
* Knowing your computer at least have the basics knowledge of computers.
* Communication skills. Writing and speaking skills. You will be communicating with
your upline and downline also may want to contribute to Forum and ASK
SC.Communication has two way process encoder and decoder. Meaning when you
(encoder)say or write something the decoder or the person receiving should be able
to understand your message.
* Talking or speaking skills as you come across your perspectives, face-face
encounters, able to answer their questions and explain about SFI and TripleClicks.
* Skills to recognize and overcome obstacles and hindrances in your business.
These skills and characteristics have to be nurtured as you learn at SFI.
