We all know that the best places to put flyers are in public areas but I would recommend going to the downtown areas of the city you live in especially in the hours where people are getting out of work because that will be the best chance of people seeing the flyers.
One of the best places are the windshields of peoples cars when you go to a shopping mall or any area where there is a parking lot.
Tabbed flyers can be put on Telephone booths,bus stops, etc...
Bulletin boards: In college campuses, libraries, or any other place that allows you to post.
