I'm going to follow a slightly different tact.
You asked "What are the BEST ways to earn action points."
To my way of thinking the best ways are;
1. Complete your daily tasks EVERY DAY.
2. Sponsor EA2's
Completing your tasks every day enables you to really learn this business.
Sponsoring EA2's is what will get you towards your ultimate goal of a residual income.
Participating in Auctions, Games,etc is great fun but it won't get you closer to the ultimate goal.
Without a great team you won't earn yourself a residual income, all you'll do is manage from month to month.
Don't get me wrong, do all the stuff everyone has suggested so far but concentrate on building your team and earning your Action VP that way.
It's not the quickest way but I believe it's the BEST way.
