As you build your downline I think it is a good idea to remember that quality is much better than quantity. Work hard with your downline but dont do everything for them or they become dependent and that means that they are not so good to have. Lead and teach but dont do.
Communication with your downline is important, make sure you mail them at least weekly.
If they have issues dont ignore them and if you dont know an answer try and help them find a solution.
Most of all be totally honest with your downline and encourage them.
