The first mistake you want to avoid is choosing quantity over quality. You will have more success with just a few working members than with a lot of inactive ones. So focuse one advertising to atract serious people.
The second mistake you want to avoid is underestimating warm marketing. Gather the list of reliable people you know and ask them to meet to talk over a bussiness proposal.
The third mistake you mant to avoid is,taking you took all inicial actions with new members,is spending a lot of time discussing SFI with new members who haven't yet started working. Overloading them whith information is just as bad as neglecting them.
The last, but not the least,is posting misleading and spamm-ish ads.
I can tell you I have been looking for online work for nearly 3 whole years before i found SFI. I have joined over 20 "work from home" groops on fb. I later realised that SFI was in front of me all allong, but those ads didn't look legitimate enough.
Just stay away from using "$" mark in your ads,as well as posters that show money- not even banks do that anymore! People won't beleive that a lucrative bussiness requires a firm to throw money images in their face-at least serious ones won't.
Rather focuse on marketing, sales and team leading work requiries when you advertise.
