SFI has its support right from the time you join the business and therefore there are certain factors we must be aware of whilst building your downline. Some of the common mistakes we tend to make are:-
1 Do not flood the new affiliates with a lot of additional material or links to go through at least until after 1 or 2 months of their induction. Give them time to get used to the homepage and its contents.
2. Do not offer any financial assistance to the new affiliates or help to complete their tasks - it will not help you or them. Let them be independent on the onset.
3. Do not neglect the inactive affiliates, you never know when they will be motivated to start working the business so keep sending regular group mails to them.
4. Do not set very high standards before you have actually understood the concept of the business and when you set them, be realistic otherwise there are chances that you will get dejected by your slow progress.
5. Do not wait for your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor to set your working parameters for you, learn to be independent and read as much as you can before you post your queries anywhere.
6. Do not take too long to answer queries whether they are on your store or from your downlines. Keeping in mind the time differences, it is important to keep the lines of communications open and handle queries promptly.
