Well everyone has there ideas on what one should avoid doing as we do team building. My do nots or what one should avoid are:-
# 1. one shouldnt send tooooo many mailers at a go. Once to twice a week is enough. If you can contact directly eg by giving a call or skype etc then even once is enough.
# 2. One should never ever support financially. Motivate, encourage and support by answering to queries or by giving a training , incase one has finance issues then you being the sponsor / co sponsor/ team leader should explain on how to build ones own team with lower budget. Encourage them to be independent and capable of duplicating.
# 3 . Avoid giving promises which may be difficult to be fulfilled, but encouraging by holding contests or awarding t credits etc may help build a good downline.
# 4 . Incase you are asked a question and you dont know the answer , please dont make a mistake of giving a wrong answer but instead be honest and assure your members that you ll research and get back to them or refer them to links which could help them find the answer. Dont ignore any mail or messege you recieve.
I hope this will give idea on what common mistake we should avoid as we build our teams.
