First of all Think about the places where you have seen the notice boards in your local area, because if you make local affiliates that will be more convenient for you to communicate them and best thing is local affiliates they can speak your own language and its easy to built your business proper way.

Now think about the permission to put flyers for that particular area wherever you want to place the flyers because its also the reputation of the SFI organisation. No need to shy, talk to the management frankly, once they allow you, think your earning how much it will be.
may be to put flyers there is normal charges for the notice boards but, its not a bad Idea for a month or two to hire the notice board.
