This is an interesting question. In my opinion, it's not a good idea to refer students to SFI, and here's why. I think that students are premature to understand the value of SFI. Also, I think they might not commit to SFI seriously, due to their obligations on college. So, if you have to choose the referrals I recommend peope 25+ because they have finished college (most of them), they are about to start working and they are ambitious enough to pursue the chance with SFI.
