People are by nature curious. Who knows what else is out there on the horizons. Even though one is in a program the interest in others will always sway our thoughts. However, it is only when we test the waters that we become convinced of something. I am sure that SFI was not the very first program we ever joined!
Therefore, it may be quite difficult if not impossible to prevent people for introducing other programs to your downline - unless they feel totally committed to their business. Your job therefore will be to help them to become just that. You cannot force information on them though. They have to be willing to apply what you give them.
If you have been the best leader you can be and you have helped them to deal with their fears, doubts and obstacles, been there for them and have been communicative; then just let them go if they want to.
I assure you that in time, they will realize that SFI has the best to offer - the best training programme the best support group, the best tools and the best commission compensation plan.
If after all you do they are content to remain out there, then they maybe never belonged in SFI.
