It seems after reading this question that either a) someone from downline has informed the sponsor that they have been approached by other programs to join or b) the downline is not happy with their current growth in SFI and is considering joining others.
In case of a what maximum a sponsor can do is to find out why the downline has got attracted towards the other program. This cannot be done over a2a platform or inside SFI communication channels. The communication has to be personal over personal email or direct communication like phone or a personal meeting.
Once the main reason is known sponsor should remind them about " What others say about SFI" section at the bottom of this page on our afflilate center. If we closely observe the comments made there, most of them people have said that they have tried many such programs before and they have liked SFI. Now the choice remains with the down line to remain in SFI or to explore other programs.
In case of b) Sponsor has to review the growth of downline , ask them probing questions like what they want from SFI and how they can contribute themselves in terms of resources. Check whether the downline has taken actions based on SFI rules of success and remind them that they need to follow the system to get it worked. Else they are not going to be successful in any other program. Sponsor should work with the downline everyday provided the downline is ready to accept the sponsor as a mentor in this business. With close monitoring of the downlines goals, actions , results and by taking corrective actions suggested by the sponsor the downline will understand that SFI works for everyone if it is treated as a real business and the downline is ready to take the OWNERSHIP of SFI business .
