I don't think you will have one way to approach this concern.
No one can control what other people will decide in the long run but you can lead people to make healthier decisions by the way you engage with them. Share with your down line members the experiences you are having. Get to know your down line members so they become to you more than just down line members but people who work with you.
Being authentic as a leader will help others to see the genuine role you wish to have in their lives and not just wanting a relationship with their wallets.
SFI is a business built on relationships so the stronger your relationship with down line members the stronger your team will be together thus people will not be swayed to look the other way as there is an authentic relationship bond with your down line members.
