Probably some of the people think that here you can be successful at once,but that is wrong,to think like that.For new affiliates there is a long road in front of them,just like you do it when you start at SFI..So i think that you must explain to them what they will do here,and how they will be competitive in their tasks and missions,patience will guide them to knowledge,they must learn thru time spend on SFI,and get a bigger picture with Marketing skills,to sell and buy stuff on Tripleclicks.com,and still then they will must learn again and again how to be successful every month,year...etc..etc.
Persistent they must be,and know what they want to do with this job...Leave it or grab it tightly and get all of it..
