I think there are two kinds of shortcuts when thinking about a business. There are shortcuts to try to get out of doing things (which is not productive), and there are shortcuts to avoid unnecessary repetition or inefficient processes.
The latter kind of shortcut can also be called "working smart" instead of "working hard".
So, in SFI to work smart, we need to know our business well (learn the Basics and understand the essence of what we learn in the Launchpad). Then use that information to create a plan to reach our goals. We have excellent tools for reporting, communicating and planning from our Affiliate Center. These tools can help us use our time wisely and productively.
This gives us "working smart" shortcuts to success.
