Hello Leo
Firstly you should decide who is going to be a part of your co-op AND if it is going to be free or if you are going to charge for shares.
Secondly decide what method of promotion you are going to use for your co-op link. Are you going to buy S-Builder units or are you going to advertise externally to SFI using your own sources?
Thirdly invite your team members to be a part of your co-op.
+ Advise them if it will be based on their activity (Reward Co-op) and what they need to do to obtain a share in the co-op.
+ If you are going to charge for shares in the co-op you need to provide a price and method of payment.
IMPORTANT: You should let them know that you CANNOT guarantee that the people who sign up through the co-op will become active. You wouldn't want to disappoint them with false hopes.
To setup your co-op you need to start at the Co-op manager page founf under 'Power Tools':
https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/TLCoop
Be sure you read and understand the difference types of Co-ops ('Guaranteed Signups' and 'Shares')
There is a lot more information about Co-ops available at the following link:

I hope this is helpful.
