Hello Felix
Unfortunately you cannot stop others from trying to recruit your team members for other 'OPPORTUNITIES'. The fact that they are at SFI recruiting is a strong, positive testimonial to SFI as a business with people who are WORTH having in a business.
What you CAN do is:
+ Keep communicating with your team members. Show them that you are serious about your SFI business and you are ALWAYS there to support them.
+ Let them know that they are ALREADY in a business that will surpass all other online business opportunities when it comes to support and stability.
+ Never say a negative word about SFI and ALWAYS be positive in your communications with them.
+ REWARD and give RECOGNITION when they achieve a milestone.
+ DON'T ever give up on them even if they do join another OPPORTUNITY. They may return with a better mindset than when they left.
You should also keep in mind that any team member who ALLOWS themselves to be COERCED into another business is probably not going to keep up the level of EFFORT and CONSISTENCY required to be SUCCESSFUL at SFI. They are OPPORTUNISTS and are probably going to go from one opportunity to another without ever making any headway or measurable SUCCESS.
You can hope that if they do JUMP SHIP that they will realise later that SFI is TRULY the one business that they can rely on for their future financial success. The one business where they have an AWESOME SPONSOR and a community of like-minded PEOPLE that they can turn to when they need help. Keep in contact with them and show your commitment to SFI and to them when they ever choose to return.
Hope this helps you Felix
