"How do you prevent people from preying on your downline and convincing them to join other programs?"
First, I would caution you to consider that by "your" downline, it means people that you have recruited and that you support in building "their" business.
We do not "own" the people that join under us. They are adults with every right to continue with us, or pursue something else. Perhaps we even convinced them to join us while they were in a different program. Does that make US the predator?
Your downline will stay or go based on the value they see in SFI. If they see the big picture nothing will pull them away. If they do not see value they will look for something else, it's that simple.
Our job is not to "protect" them, it is to support them!
