The more your team is involved in the success of the co-op the better your results will be so plan actions or task members can do to help the co-op grow.
Advertise the co-op using both free and paid sources and do your best to have the new referrals join the program throughout the month instead of all joining teams in a day or two. The easier it is for last month's participant to remember achieving success the more likely they are to rejoin your next co-op.
