The people that join are attracted to SFI because of where it has been, where it is at right now and what people see as the potential for success.
They most likely, whether they know it or not, are already looking for alternatives to their current job or situation. You only have to look at what they put down as the reason why they join - to improve their situation - get out of their current job - looking for extra income - they want to be rich etc..
They cannot ignore the fact that SFI, as a legitimate honest business has been trading online for over 15 years, it has an impeccable reputation, thousand of people are flocking to join it and its potential to keep on going and achieving great successes cannot be denied. They want a piece of the pie, so to speak.

They may be hesitant because they have never done anything like this before. Explain the training and the sponsoring system to them.
The other point I try to emphasise is the great culture we have within SFI, but I guess they need to join to experience it. Its not a dog eat dog environment. People are friendly, supportive and are very willing to help each other succeed.
At the end of the day if they see the facts about SFI, they will be able to see its amazing potential and will willingly join up.
