My advice as per my own experience, you have to follow below mention steps.
1st you have to do daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
2ndly you have to work for PSA and CSA these 2 you can won by auction or you can buy.
3rd you have to introduce your new ECA and sell from it.
4th read daily 2 lesson of launch pads carefully and SFI basic lesson.
5th Try to participate in T time hourly game you may be lucky to win 2TC in a day.
6th Make a minimum of 1500 VPS in a month, if you make more no problem, good you will move faster.
7th Send them E-Cards to all your PSA's & CSA to welcome to the new month and encourage them to log in daily and do their To-Do-List at the SFI Affiliate Center.
