I mostly refer my new members to the lessons on the SFI website.
But when they need an extra help then I send them a variety of tutorials with exact instructions on how to carry out an assignment "step by step".
In most situations I send them a screenshot, marking what they should do, regarding their question.
But usually I do not force them, when I send them the starting material and instructions
for beginners, I stop and wait for them to ask me what they want to know and if they need any help.Everybody is different and doesn't show the same interests, someone is interested in TripleClicks and ECA shop, someone in Pricebenders auctions, someone in recruiting new affiliates etc.
