It is your job as a sponsor to assist your downline in getting an answer to their questions.
If I’m being asked and not sure of the answer, I would start searching for insights on SFI myself. The FORUM is the perfect place. Most questions have been asked AND answered before. Only if I don’t find the answer there, I would ask my sponsor or other members of my Upline. This really works and so far I have always managed to get back to my affiliates with a helpful answer.
In case the questions get too technical, you can ask your affiliates to raise a support ticket.
There is no harm though in asking your affiliates to do a little digging themselves. Just point them in the right direction. This will help them to progress and grow their own expertise which is absolutely crucial in the process of DUPLICATION.
Also, make sure to remind them to always stay informed. Leaders are readers!
