I really like this question because when I first started at SFI I was constantly being asked questions by new members on my Team and frankly I didn't have many ready to relay answers. I had to really dig to find the appropriate answers and this is what any awesome sponsor would do; they look, hunt and research to find answers. There were times when I went to my Upline for answers. There were times when I asked a2a members or Support but I never failed to respond and I believe this is so very important...respond to questions or acknowledge a question or concern . You might not readily know the answer; in such a case simply tell the team member that you will get back with him or her with an answer and then be sure to get back as soon as possible (not days). Keep in mind that there is no reason to feel bad about not knowing all the answers. SFI is growing so fast that there will always be questions to be answered and the best way to keep up is for us to stay active and continue to read, learn, gather information and knowledge. We don't have to know it all or have all the answers but it's a good idea to at least know where to find the answer.
Also encourage your team to research on their own for answers; simply point them in the right direction by means of a SFI link. Let them know that soon members of their own team will be calling upon them for answers and they will need to know where to look and how to respond. The last thing you want to do is cripple members of your team by doing everything for them.
Encourage team members to visit the Forum, I've learned so much from the Forum and the ASK SC post, as well as all the free material SFI provides. If you do these things you will find that your knowledge base is larger than you originally thought.
