Interested affiliates will always find ways to better their situations,they will have to ask you questions. Checking their TO DO LIST and reminding them where they need to make points and what they need to read or do will be som of the things you as their Leader/ sponsor can help them with.
What works for me is that I quickly inform my PSAs about entrying the free hourly GAMES to win 2 free TCs and they love it,that way they can find out that there is more fun opportunities for them and not just reading and collecting points. Let them know they can express their own views and right down answers they have and want to share with others so they feel a part of SFI and they can grow in their confidence.
