Set goals for your team members and reward them with TCredits. I give 5 TC for filling out the Affiliate Profile, for instance, because it helps me start a conversation about goals and dreams with each person. It helps me tailor my advice to each person. I give 10 TC when they reach EA. You can add other goals, like most sales each month, or recruiting 5 PSAs.
A word of caution. When you give ANY reward, be sure there is activity behind it. Just giving out TCredits, Gift Certificates or other items to "help" your struggling team member is usually a waste. If there is no work going on, don't reward them. They will soon be gone, and so will your money. If they do stick around, they will be wanting "help" every month. Setting goals and THEN rewarding the action is the best practice.
