"What is the best way to help my PSAs understand SFI?"
Tracy, I think this is a question most of us as Team Leaders have asked ourselves. For us to effectively help our PSAs understand SFI, we ourselves have to fully understand the basic concept of the business. Review SFI Basics and Launchpad activities occasionally, visit forums, view the internet lessons and read widely to enhance your understanding of the program. Having a sufficient understanding of the program will help you to break it down in meaningful part so that you can explain it to your PSA. The way or strategy you choose to use is best determined by you.
Let us say that you have chosen to use SFI basics as your orientation material (guaranteed, many new affiliates read this but many only understand 20-30% of what they have read). At this point you would go through this material one step at a time focusing on the key terms and concepts such as the SFI, Versa Points, SFI To-Do List, TripleClicks Executive Pool, and Affiliate Centre etc. In this way you are slowly and gradually introducing the program. When you are comfortable that they understand the basic you can introduce them to step 2 and so on.
