As team leaders we are expected to provide our downlines with accurate information which will enable them to achieve success in the business by adhering to SFI policies. I would advise that when you are asked a question you research it. Remember your downlines are not asking questions to which there aren’t answers. Based on the nature of the question you can scroll through the required material and provide your downline with the information. This too gives you first-hand knowledge of the information which you are going to pass down and in-fact this information may even be of assistant to you in the future. You may also want to include a link in your response, so they can read for themselves.
If however, you are uncertain about the content you are reading or for some reason unable to locate the required information, seek the assistance your uplines or start a thread in the forum. Make sure you understand the responses you get and seek clarification if necessary. A full understanding will help in the event your downline has follow-up questions.
