My thought on how we can use TCredits to better promote and encourage activity within my team will be as follows:

Use it as an incentive or reward when a fellow team member reaches a certain milestone like fast track, EA2 , EA3 , EA6 and or attain team leadership positions like BTL ,STL, GTL or even PTL

Use it as reward in Team Contest

Who has committed to a Standing order or set up ECA business or recruited x number of ECAs or PSAS who are EA2 etc
