In my opinion,to be a good team leader is to visit SFI Affiliate Center every day and read latest information and and updates.
So,what you need to do is next:
-do your tasks on SFI home page
-read SFI news or SFI forum posts
-regularly communicate with your members PSAs or CSAs
-everyday browse the members of the PSA under option movers
-read Launchpad lessons
-and other what you think that is good for a leader
Why is so necessary to keep your status in SFI?
Because,if you don´t care about your work,your members wont also. You know that we all get badges. Those badges shows members that you are a hard worker and you take this job seriously.
It´s also nice to read SFI Rules of Success by Gary Carson.
So,do your job and you will be a great leader.
