Answers can be found by querying the vast knowledge base of the affiliate center. Let the affiliate know that it will take you a moment to check on the information and you will get back with them in a specified period of time. In the upper right is the search feature. It is very easy to use and find just about any answer that you need. Should you not be able to match keywords for the query that you are looking for then you can use the site map. The site map indexes all of the major sections of the affiliate center. There are subsections so using the site map maybe more cumbersome than using the query function.
Moreover, if for some reason you cannot seem to find what you are looking for by query, or site map then you may ask your sponsor. Sponsors are not always as knowledgeable as the site map or query database but many times they can point you in the right direction. Never overlook the fact that your sponsor can be a valuable source of information even if he or she is not a team leader as of yet.
Finally you can always query the forum, an A2A contact, or just have the affiliate to submit a ticket. It is easier just to query for the information than submitting a ticket or even reaching out to a fellow connection. While the forum is a good place to get feedback, it is not necessarily the best place for accurate information. You are better off asking your sponsor or just have the affiliate to submit a ticket as a last resort.
