I myself have found herself in a similar situation at the beginning of their work. When I was not entirely sure of the exact answer honestly I said that my member with an explanation that the answer will come later in the day. I spoke to my upline, and said that the issue I'm not sure that my answer is correct and begged him for his explanation of the same. It is very important from the beginning to be honest and fair with PSAs. Your authority will not disappear when you honestly say you're not sure, and you will have to ask "older" at work, bring all of will grow in the eyes of him to whom you give the answer, and will prove them to learns the job by working as a team, no one knows everything but all of us know very much.
