You have to work. There are no short cuts. If you have a reasonable budget, that would help.
For a start, ensure that you have a Standing Order of at least 1500 VPs. This ensures that you do no fall below the EA level. Remember the maximum sale VPs you can have is 2000, you therefore have to collect the VP balance to qualify for you Team Leader level with Action VPs.
The best way to collect these is to grow an active team of affiliates and their downlines and at the same time promote heavily TripleClicks products and services. Your teams activities as well as those you refer to TripleClicks will earn you action VPs.
You can also be very active within SFI - participating in all the contests, asking questions and reviewing answers on ASK SC, bidding at the auctions etc..All these also earn you action VPs.
What we have been talking here about is the mechanism of reaching /retaining you Team Leader rank. The other point is that just because you have reached team leader level does not make you a team leader.
A true team leader is grateful to his team, is there to serve his team and is readily available to his team, has a great sense of responsibility towards his team members, is a worker and leads by example, he teaches and nurtures his team etc.. If you consistently practise all these and more, then you are already a great Team Leader. If you are not then keep working at it and I wish you all the very best.
Blessings.
