What I would do if one of my team members or a2a friends asked me a question and I did not know the answer was, I did the research on the question.
I used the Glossary at https://www.sfimg.com/Support/index?category=26444&folder=52454
or I would check in the Training at https://www.sfimg.com/Training/
or I would just search the subject they were asking about. Learn all I could about the subject and than I would share the information.
I also use the Search Bar at the top of each page for quick reference.
If the question was a Support problem, I would send in a ticket and ask the question.
Sometimes I also used the forum to find answers to questions that were asked from my team members.
If you do the research yourself, you will find that by helping your team members, you are also helping yourself to learn more. This is in some sort of way a Win/Win for both you and your team member. You are helping them to solve their problem while at the same time, you are learning something new also.
There is an answer for just about all questions relating to SFI and Tripleclicks somewhere within all of the information that is available to use. We just have to research it, unless of course it is a support problem.
