First don't pretend that you know something you don't know because "nobody kills an ignorant person who begs for wisdom". If anyone ask a question you don't know be plain to the person you don't have the correct answer but you will contact others and get back him/her. Why? Because there is no one that know everything except God our creator.
Secondly, do the following:
1. Quickly contact your upline members with the question
2. Raise the question in Forum
3. Make research under Support/Help
It is a good thing for someone to ask you a question you don't know so you could search for the answer and add it to the bank of your knowledge. Good luck
