I look at this as several opportunities in one: 1) you can show your team member that you will help, 2) you also show your team member that it is okay not to know something - as long as you are willing to look for an answer, and 3) you can teach your team member how to look up answers, or how to ask others as well as yourself, and finally 4) you will learn whatever it is you didn't know before they asked.
With all the training, launchpad, ask sc, forums, A2A members, and upline you are bound to find the answer somewhere. And if all else fails, you can contact Support.
