Simply you can organize contests inside your team. You set their goal to be for example to get 3 new PSA-s and the first one who does that gets certain amount of T-Credits from you. This is just an example you can make contest of all kinds, whatever comes to your mind, but don't set goals that are too hard to achieve, that way they might get discouraged and you don't want to that. You want to encourage them to work better than they used to by stimulating them with T-Credits as award.
