This is a "glass half empty" way of looking at things. If you struggle with the affiliates who are inactive, you won't make them active, you will exhaust yourself. Yes, keep in touch from time to time, but let them go if they won't work - there are plenty of people out there who will work. Doubtful customers? Well, I think I get a dozen or more "no sales" for every sale in my "day job", so I would expect some of that online as well. The thing is, if you focus on the ones not buying, or not working, you are using your valuable resources that could be better put to use helping that one "worker bee" or finalizing that one big sale. You can build a successful business in spite of other people letting you down. You just need to learn to let go of them and work with others - they may be fewer in number, but in the long run they will bring you much larger rewards. Good luck!
