The first step is find LocalPay by opening your growth tab.
Tripleclick has 201 LocalPay Merchants in 53 contries, maybe some of them are your country's ECA.

The second step is choose one among them. I use 3 factors:
- ECA rate. Their rate between 2-15%, choose the lower one.
- Rate of Exchange. Every ECA has different rate of exchange, choose the lower rate.
- Contact Person. I like ECA if it use mobile number as contact number (easier to reach), the bank account name same with owner's name, look more professional.

I also have problem before, need more than 12 hours to get confirm and pay more.
Now, I have chosen a LocalPay. I send an sms every time I make a purchase, and I will get the confirm how much I have to pay in 10 minutes. It's efficient and reliable.
