For the benefit of those who are not familiar with LocalPay, let me explain it first before I give my opinion as asnwer to the question.
LocalPay is the answer to the previous problem of many affiliates who can not buy from TripleClicks because of difficulties of using Paypal or Credit Card because of either restriction in their countries or they don't have the capacity to have a credit card.
According to the the explanation in TripleClicks "LocalPay lets you buy directly and in your own currency from a participating TripleClicks E-Commerce Affiliate (ECA) in your area, which may include local pickup and deilvery service."
Any ECA can apply license to become a LocalPay. There are three licenses that you can apply as LocalPay.
1. Basic - selling and accepting local payments.
2. TCurrency - You have the license to sell TCurency that can be used to buy or redeem any item from TripleClicks.
3. SFI Outlet - Selling and accepting local payments for SFI products.
Now to the question, how do we choose a LocalPay Provider that are efficient and reliable.
We should take note that all LocalPay provider has gone through same screening, and SFI use same standard to approve them. They are ECA's who have established their reputations.
It is obvious that they should have a credit card to be able to transact business with TripleClicks and able to send money due to SFI for any local transaction.
Although all of them have the capacity but not all them are reliable and efficient. To know who are efficient and reliable, look at their Star feedback and the number of transactions they have completed.
If they have no feed back yet, its good connect with them first and ask through the message box provided. You can easily understand each other because you speak the same language.
