One of the unfortunate things about the internet is the number of people who still think once they have joined a program the money will come rolling in even if they do nothing.
You will get those that sign up because they have come through a pay per sign up program. they actually get paid to sign up. A lot of them have not even read anything about the program they are joining and are very unlikely to even log in after the initial sign up.
There are also those that will sign up for anything because it is free, with no intention of doing anything after the sign up. There are also those who do sign up full of good intention and then something happens to distract them and they forget all about SFI. There are also those who sign up, look at the program, do a little bit on the first day or two and then decide it is too involved for them to bother with.
Anybody working on the internet has to accept the fact that these people do exist and it is our job to try and convince them of the advantages they will be getting by following the program. They are the ones that are missing out! You need to work very closely with those in your downline that are showing some interest in the program and while not ignoring the others spend less time with them. Certainly send out weekly team emails to all of your downline as you may well be able to convert some at a later date. The fact that they are getting emails on a regular basis could spur them into action.
I hope you find this both interesting and useful and wish you success in your endeavors with SFI
