Your question is determined by many factors, so I will say there are no best way since it depend on your country, your choice, your business, etc. some don't like check because they make use of their income instantly they receive on network either to boost their their business or they do shopping with it, so if they choose cheque it will require them going to the bank which is waste of time to them so they go for Payoneer or Paypal. Some prefer cheque as they want their money physical because of fear of hackers.

For example Paypal is restricted in some countries so you cannot tell them it's the best when they cannot make use of it. In Nigeria only 3 banks accepted Payoneer card, so I cannot tell you it's the best. Your choice is best to you and not to me, my choice is best to me and not to you.
