The Local Commerce Solutions (LOCCOSO) are some of the most innovative and outstanding features SFI offers to Affiliates worldwide. This is a highly appropriate and necessary instrument to facilitate international commercial transactions. Very few similar to these are available else where.
As SFI is reaching to 203 countries, the traditional payment instruments are not always available. LOCCOSO fill that void.
There are three types of LOCCOSO licenses all of them with a $35 annual fee: (1) Basic Localpay, (ii)Tripleclick TCurrency and (iii) SFI outlet license. They are found under the link below.

The LOCCOSO program works in close relationship with the ECA's.
Your question is how to find one that will allow you to process your Tripleclicks orders in an efficient and timely manner.
The combination of criteria to meet to be admitted to both ECAs and LOCCOSO works to weed out operators that prove themselves unreliable. They have to operate under those criteria and compliance rules. A LocalPay operator could not continue without complying to those rules.
Although I do not have a direct and personal experience with the mechanism, it has been brought to my attention by one of my affiliates living outside of the USA, that a LocalPay operator would loose their license if their level of compliance is not satisfactory.
Hence, a quick review of the standing of the LocalPay you plan to use would be in order to ensure that they still are in good standing with SFI Corporate and Tripleclick. If an SFI Outlet is close and readily accessible to you, you want want to give it preference. But this is personal opinion. In any case preliminary communication with SFI Corporate seems to be a excellent cautionary step before finalizing a transactions, when you have some reasons to worry about the efficiency and the diligence of a particular LocalPay.
