"How can I build a successful SFI business when I have a team of inactive affiliates and doubtful customers for my TripleClicks store?"
Building a business of any kind is plagued by challenges of different kinds. For those of us who are serious about building our business here at SFI, we have to deal with having numerous inactive affiliates. As we all know our success is determined by the level of our affiliates’ activity or lack thereof.
I must say it takes patience, lots of it. I am struggling with this too. However, working with those willing to work is a start. We only have to rely on them being and keeping motivated. Sending uplifting messages and Team Newsletters with the hope that some who are inactive will become active is one way of showing them that SFI is a real business, while at the same time motivating those who are working. We must bear in mind that some people joined because of curiosity. If you continue sending updated news and success stories to your affiliates then chances are that some will be encouraged to return. When they have return, the task is to keep them working and motivated. Keep the lines of communication open, use different means of communication, share your duplication strategies, and accept suggestions. This way your team members will feel valued and will eventually work!
By nature we are doubters and in our quest to find something that works we second guess and even triple guess a program if it seems workable. In terms of TripleClicks, purchase items and wear them or take them along with you when advertising. Using your computer or handheld device to show what the platform looks like, how it operates, the current number of ECAs, the number of listed items on sale, and even giving them a gift card for them to experience TripleClicks. These are just some great strategies that can be used to show the legitimacy of the program.
All in all, only your best is good enough! In time your level of determination will pay off.
Keep focused and have a good week!
